Support for user based Autowatch activation

Hi. Some people are bothered by the fact that currently, the Autowatch plugin subscribes everyone who interacts with an issue regardless of whether he wants it or not.

It would be very useful to make the Autowatch feature an opt-in one, that is: allow each user to configure if he wants Autowatch on or not via some setting in his profile.

Hi Adrian,

There should be a "Autowatch" option under the 'Preferences' section of the User Profile screen, as shown on the picture below.
