We bought this plugin and now have problems. So i wanted to contact support. But i can only ask questions ? So how to get proper support for this plugin ?

Fred, It is a standard JIRA onDemand instance. Not sure why it is not working for you.

Maybe you can drop an email to the mail address mentioned above? That will probably be easier.
