I guess you filled the user credendiatials and the relative path (if any) in the login view.

What is the error message displayed?

You could also want to enable the debug mode: Edit the conf/log4j,properties file and set the first line: rootLogger to debug (default is info) and the latest line httpclient to debug (default is error). Re-start the DocMiner Server. Do you see any error in the docminer.log file?

Credentials must be introduced by each user from the "Login" view at the client side.

1. Select any project on JIRA -> "Documents" tab.

2. Click on "Browse"

Note: if Subversion is not listed, then "Back"->"About"->"Clear local data"->reload the browser page (F5) and start again from the step 1.

3. Fill out the Subverison relative path and the user credentials.
