Structure plugin Agile synchronizer

When I use the Agile synchronizer for Structure plugin nothing shows up in the structure. I have attached the picture of the configuration. When I run Resync nothing happens, even though we have Epics in the Agile board. Please advise.

Hi Tomislav,

The Agile synchronizer only ranks and sorts the issues in the structure into an epic-story-task hierarchy.

You also need a JQL filter synchronizer to pull issues from the project into the structure, in this case you might use project = "Mobily", or use the same saved filter that you use in your JIRA Agile board.

Just make sure you have Agile synchronizer *disabled* when you initially pull in issues with Filter synchronizer (with resync), because otherwise it might update all your ranks and epics. The correct sequence is:

1. Disable Agile sync
2. Install Filter sync and do "Resync and Enable" on it
3. Resync and Enable Agile sync
