Stride and Jira Cloud - Missing Projects

So we are testing Stride as a replacement to hipchat, when I try and connect Stride to our Jira Cloud in the filters I only see a small subset of the projects available in Jira Cloud. Is there some permission that needs to be changed or is there a limitation and some of my projects dont work. I am a Site Admin with admin rights in all apps.

Hi there, I had a very similar issue but we noticed that the project would come up when we started typing the project name as long as we only used lower case letters.

In our case the project we wanted started with a capital R. Typing a capital R shows "No matches found" but a lower case r brings the project up in the list.

Try selecting your Jira site and then typing (in lower case only) the first few letters of your project name.
