Start and Stop time based on assigned user


I have downloaded the free trial of your plugin and it seems to meet my requirements except for the start/stop time condition. I cannot manage to have it start and stop depending on the assignee.

To be more precise, I would like the time to start when the ticket is assigned to someone inside my company and the time to stop when it is assigned to someone outside the company.

I tried to create custom events and post functions but it doesn't work and I cannot figure out a way to do what I want.

Could you please tell me how I can do that if that's even possible ?

Hi Ben,

Since you're using their trial license, perhaps you can try to file a ticket to their Support System where you will get you answer much more faster. Hopes its help.
