Special characters in URLs with subversion plugin and ViewVC

I have a problem with special characters in our URLs. Our file names often contain the # character. When I click on the URL in the subversion tab, the address is wrong. The # character must be replaced by %23 to work correct. But unfortunately the URL contain the # character.

My config:
Jira 5.2.1
JIRA Subversion plugin 0.10.11.1
Web Link: ViewVC

Is this a common problem? Is there a solution for this?

I've got the same problem with the # and it still exists in version 1.0.0
