Some questions around Easymind

  1. I tried to copy a mind map diagram, and when I modify the original diagram, the other diagram will be modified as well.  How to avoid this?
  2. Once I created a subtopic, and want to copy it, how?

Dear Gil,

Thank you for your feedback.

To 1st issue: EasyMind saves mind map diagram as attachment of the page. If you copied just an attachment, you are still working with original document. To avoid this, you need to copy the whole Confluence page which contains mind map. Like that the saved copy is an independent diagram and it is not affected by any change of the original version. If you encounter same problem again, please, give me more details and I will gladly help you.

To 2nd issue: It is not possible to copy a created nod at this point. We are, however, working on a new release of the add-on, which improves the way of working with nods. We will consider to implement this feature for the planned release. Thank you very much for the suggestion.

I hope this answer will help you. If you have more questions or any other suggestion, we will welcome you sharing them with us.

Daniela
