Smart Attachments - Global Settings Non-Existent?

How does one enable Smart Attachments GLOBALLY? It is insane to require the admin team to enable it, manually, for each and every project, and as projects are added.

Hello, Christopher.

The project administrator can enable the add-on for the appropriate project. There are customers who enable the add-on for only some projects. So for now you cannot enable the add-on for all projects at once, but we will consider this capability.
