Slow performance of Gantt Chart plugiin

Hi, Our team is very keen to integrate a Gantt Chart tool in Jira. But during my test of the Jira Gantt Chart for Project plug-in, I find it is very slow. I saw a recommendation to increase memory on the Jira server. Do you have a recommended size for this which I can propose to IT staff in our company? You are greatly appreciated if you can provide an answer quickly. Thanks and Regards Zhenning

You can enable the DEBUG option of our plugin to see where the bottleneck is. The detail information is saved in the JIRA Log. If you need helps, please contact support.jgcp@soyatec.com
