What value is used to send a custom email to the project lead for an issue?

I am trying to use the 'To issue fields' section...

To issue fields <input type="text" name="cannedScriptArgs_FIELD_TO_USER_FIELDS" value="Lead" size="120"/>
Who to send the email to - valid issue fields such as assignee, reporter, watchers, user or user group custom fields,
or custom fields holding valid email address, or role:Rolename, e.g role:Developers, or group:Groupname. Use commas/space to delimit.

That doesn't look to be possible at the moment... you could create an RFE.
