Hi, 
I have installed Power Database Field and katl-commons add-on in JIRA.

I am pulling a field from database which are different teams. 
I would like to send out an email whenever that field is either set or changed. 

How do I create and place a template that would allow to send emails through this plugin?

Hi Tayyab - to accomplish this, you may want to look into another companion SIL app called Power Scripts for Jira. Among many other features, it has the ability to create email templates and to fire off emails on any criteria you define.
