Seeing Failed to send analytics event com.atlassian.jira.event.issue.IssueEvent message

I am seeing this message in the atlassian-jira.log file. I sent this to Atlassian and they reported that the support from ScriptRunner should help me here. I am sending you the content of the error that I am seeing. Could you please let me know how to get this resolved?
