I'm using JIRA Service Desk Cloud. I've seen the built in reports for article usage and article effectiveness, but to dig deeper into how agents are using the knowledge base, I'd like to search for:
- All issues that are linked to any Confluence page
- All issues linked to a specific Confluence page
- All issues with any Confluence page shared as a comment
- All issues with a specific Confluence page shared as a comment
Is this possible with JQL? I haven't found any documentation for these exact searches, but please feel free to point me towards a resource if it's already out there. Thanks!
