Scriptrunner installed, but "Unable to find JQL function 'inactiveUsers()'."

Chris Annal October 30, 2017

I've installed Scriptrunner and re-indexed JIRA, but when I use the following in a Search filter...

assignee in inactiveUsers()

I get an error, "Unable to find JQL function 'inactiveUsers()'."

I'll try re-indexing again, but was wondering if anyone else had this problem.?

Thanks!

Well, even after re-indexing, this error still pops up. Does anyone know if this function just isn't present in the free version of Scriptrunner? (Maybe it's a newer function in a more current release?)

Hi Chris,

You are right, the inactiveUsers introduced in ScriptRunner version 4.3.13. For more info you can check the release notes.
