In our installation, ScriptRunners "Built in script" -> "View server log files" only shows log files present in jira-home. We are running Datacenter, and the logs from our plug ins are located in jira-shared-home, and these are not selectable. (I believe they used to be earlier.)

Has there been a change in either the location of the plug in log files, has there been a change in scriptrunner, or is it maybe a configuration in our installation that needs to be changed to view these?

I have a Jira Cloud instance which returns 500 errors on some REST API calls.

I tried to find the "View server log files" option on ScripRunner but I am unable to find it. Apparently there is an option to see logs, but not the logs of Jira.
