ScriptRunner Behaviour Initialiser to show/hide tab

Hello everyone

We currently have a tab on our create issue screen which is only really useful for users with the permission "assignable user".

Is there a way to hide this tab for other users without this permission? perhaps via a behaviour initialiser?

Example:

if(user is assignable user)
{
	tab.show()
}

else
{
	tab.hide()
}

Would something like this be possible?

Thanks for any help

Best regards

Marius

We don't have support for this yet in behaviours: https://productsupport.adaptavist.com/browse/SRJIRA-1385

You could use the JIRA api to list all fields on a tab, and hide them all, but it would leave an empty tab.

Thanks for your help but unfortunately, I can't view this issue.

sorry, you should be able to now

works! already watched and voted smile thanks

But hooow? ;D

It is:

if (/* your condition */) {

hideTab(
0)
disableTab(
1)
switchTab(
2)
}

described in official docs here .
