Script Runner will not 'Enable' after install

Script Runner will not enable after install is complete.

Jira versoin JIRA (v6.1.7#6163-sha1:94d557d)

Script Runner ver: 2.1.17 ro same issue with 2.1.16

Log file shows this message:

Failed to enable add-on Script Runner (com.onresolve.jira.groovy.groovyrunner)\

This is our Sandbox enviornment and just for testing, I uninstalled or disabled all the other plugins.

I'm looking forward to getting Script runn working, look like some really cool funtions
