Script Runner warnings when JIRA is starting up

I have got fresh JIRA 6.3.5 and just installed Script Runner plug-in and when JIRA is starting up, I have got these two warnings. Do you know what they mean?

I am pretty sure its because You do not have Agile installed, I see them too.... They can be ignored...
