Script Runner - How to set the first member of role to a User Picker customfiled

I have another requirement, I need to set the first member of role to a User Picker customfiled, so that evey person can know which person is in the role.

The build-in Script have a function of set the fisrt role member to assignee, but what I need is set the first role to a customfield.

How can I do that? Can someone help? Thanks very much!
