Screen to Screen transition

Hello,

i have created a project where I take in inputs from a custom issue type.  What i want to do is walk the user through the input process, in other words, I want to use multiple screens to walk the user through the information entering process.  Sort of like a turbo tax does.  I know Jira has tabs which are not as appealing for this purpose.  Does anyone know of a way that i can transition directly into a new input screen?  Looking for links samples, youtube videos to see this and replicate it.
