SQL export from the database of Survey and Vote macro results

While https://github.com/drohne1673/confluence-survey-plugin/issues/9is being worked on, I was wondering if somebody had the SQL query that can be used to retrieve the results of the survey.

I have access to the underlying database, and won't hesitate to use it, but it would be nice to have an idea of a query that would return the results.

SQL Scripts are stated on the Wiki Page. There is currently no dedicated place for "exports" but, as they are modification/deletion scripts they should give you a good hint for read operations:
