For anyone else who has run into this issue, you can resolve it by clicking the Help and Feedback button.
At the top right of the Help and Feedback dialog you will see three small button at the top right. Click the left-most button, a small circular arrow (pictured).
After you confirm that Easy Agile Support told you to clck it you will see the migration dialog and your roadmap will reappear.
I'm sorry to hear you're running into trouble with the roadmap. We rolled out an update today where a migration would take place when you loaded the roadmap. You should have seen a dialog titled "We're upgrading your roadmap". If this did not occur, can you please send us an email at email@example.com and we'll get to the bottom of it and get it solved.
