Reporting plugin license problem

When I try to use the reporting pluging it shows up as:

CUSTOMWARE PLUGIN LICENSE is expired or cannot be found, please purchase a license for production use by visiting http://www.customware.net/repository/display/CustomWare/Products

Yet the Customware plugin/Reporting panel says my license is valid and will expire in 28 days
