Reporting per customer and marking them as reported

We have the following problem:

We have several customers and we create issues that should be attached to a customer. Then we need to log the time and at some point in the month, accounting wants to create a report per customer and export it as csv.

The time frame to be exported is basically the time since the last export. For example:

in January the report is created on the 28th, in February on the 24th and in March on the 29th.

Accounting wants to create in January a report from x to January 27th, in February from 01/28 to 02/23 and in March from 02/24 to 03/28

In the end they need a report with the logged hours for each customer, with reference to the ticket and what was done in these hours. Is there a reporting plug-in that does this?

We looked for example at Tempo and there you can have only periods fixed on months but it seems that the rest might be possible. Is there any add-on that allows the above.

Hey @Niels Kobschätzki,

 

have a look at Exply for JIRA for advanced controlling functionality. You can create custom reports for every customer and export the necessary information to XLSX.
