Remove issue from Tempo home page (User) once closed

We have closed an issue in Jira but it still appears in Tempo. The issue does have hours logged against it. How do you stop it being visible in Tempo?

Hi Sandra, the issue dissapears from the timesheet when the approval process is over.

Look in your global tempo configurations in the option Enable timesheet approval process, if it says weekly then it should dissapear next monday, if it is monthly it should dissapear the next month. While you are assigned to the issue and it isn't resolve it will be shown until it is resolved. If you logged time in the issue it will be shown until the process it's over.

Hope this helps.

Hi Sandra,

Just to add to Ramiro's answer,

In the User Timesheet, if you view it in flat mode (Views -> Activity = off), then you can hide closed issues (Views -> Closed = off).
