Remote server is not available?

I get the following error when I go to configure a mapping --

The remote server is not reachable.  Please try later or change the partnership.

As first you need to check if the partnership is active.

If the partnership isn't active you can fix that by following the instructions on the General troubleshooting guidelines at the linked page https://chicago.herzum.com/confluence/display/HQL/HQL+-+General+troubleshooting+guidelines.

Thank you.  It was due to missing values in the partnership configuration.
