Hi Antonella,

Will it be possible if somebody press the reject button (Thumb down), can there be a popup like "Do you really want to reject this ticket?". Reason is that some people pressed this button by accident.

Hi @Stefan de Pagter,

You can add a screen on that transition so the rejection won't be automatic and moreover you can add a validator on a custom field or on the comments so the user has to add a comment or a rejection reason before rejecting the ticket. In this way you make sure it's not rejected by mistake
