When we upgraded confluence, the themebuilder plugins broke and began causing issues. In the research, we found we were able to do what we needed outside Themebuilder. Given that we've just renewed, I'm wondering if we can cancel our renewal and get a pro-rated refund or credit towards our Atlassian account.
