Hi Tempo Team!
We're Atlassian Experts and would like to ask you a question about the Budgets add-on.
First of all we would like to know if it is possible to include business trips expenses. The point is that we have users logging these expenses on issues (using the Add Expense function) but even if we setup an expense in Budgets, there no way to see the use-up of this foreseen expense.
What would be the correct approach? Let's say that we decide to dedicate 20000EUR a month for business trips expenses. Then our employees log their expenses on issues. How can we see how much of the 20000EUR has been already used up and how much is remaining?
Another questions would be, how to deal with an involvement of one user in a project in two different roles. Meaning, in some projects a person can work for example as a technical leader and at the same time as a project lead. In these cases we would like to consider different rates for activities done in one or the other role. Bill 500 an hour for a technical leader and 300 for a project manager, per say. Is that possible?
Thank you for your help.
In any case, we do a lot of these implementations for our client and it would be very helpful to us, if you could propose some kind of an expert training when it comes to the use of your products. Could we get in touch on this? Thanks.
