Question regarding the license for the Command Line Interface

I'm investigating the usage of to automate some operations like imports, creation automates, etc.

I'm confused concerning the license scheme.

My goal is to be in line with the license scheme but the interface version 3.4 seems to work without any licence...

What do I have to do if I use only the command line for every atlassian products except Stash?

In a second step, If I decide to use as well the ACLI plugins, do I have to acquire other ACLI licences?
