Question about purchasing Tempo with further upgrades to greater number of users

Hello!

We are interested in Tempo, but we have some questions about its pricing.

We are going to buy first OnDemand JIRA for up to 50 users, and then increase number of users to up to 100, then to 500 (during a year).

1. If we buy Tempo for 50 users, how much upgrade will cost for us? Will we have to buy the next license for its full price (USD 2000). Do you have specific lower price for upgrated OR discount for existent users? Please clarify.

2. If the answer for first question is 'no', then the further question is can we buy Tempo license for 500 users and use it for JIRA up to 50 users? What if in this case we extend JIRA to 500 users?
