Purchased but licence is not updated

Hi,

We purchased the licence for $10 with CC and it is still saying that it is trial version expiring 1st January 2015 in the plug in manager.

Can you please assist ?

Just making sure you cut and pasted the license to your instance and the new license is showing for the plugin.    If it is, then I would try a restart to see if that makes a difference.

Hi Michael

I can see in the purchase report that you have purchased a 10 users license starting 12/02/2014 and ending 12/02/2015. I don't know why the plugin manager says you have a trial version. I don't know if this is a bug or a feature. What does "with CC" mean? The plugin manager and license managing is not coming from us but provided by atlassian.
