Proxy issues with RMsis

Jira is behind a proxy. External users of our network cannot access RMsis because it is pointing to an internal URL.

Where can we configure this to prevent this from happening?

You will need to configure your proxy server, so that it will map External URL to it's Internal URL; similar to what you have done for JIRA.
