Running an import of a project configuration. Absolutely kills JIRA Data Center. All nodes become totally inacessible for around 5-10 minutes and users are logged out.
We will have to stop using this plugin in the working day now

Hi Roy, Could you send or attach the log files when that happened? On the other hand, I understood from your previous questions that you have been using it at least for a number of months in a Data Center environment. Is this a problem with a new version? Or is it a previously existing problem that happens now more frequently or with a greater impact? As William says, we have other support channels like our support email account or our issue tracker at [https://awnaba.atlassian.net]. You may find find them more convenient, especially our JIRA, for searching past issues, attaching files, commenting, etc. Best regards,

I believe you can raise a ticket with them as they might have this problem tracked down.
