Project Configurator fails to connect Epics and Issues with the project board

I am using Jira v7.1.9 with Project Configurator v2.1.3-J7
Previously I have had success with a few other project migrations.

In this particular case I migrate a project from one Jira instance to another with no errors on the screen. However on the project board I do not see any Epics, Issues or Active Sprints. When I do a search for issues I see those issues.
Curiously, initially only a few issues would be listed but later on I could see all 98 issues - some kind of refresh delay.

One thing to note is this project was renamed recently. I checked and verified that the issues were renamed appropriately. I was not involved in the rename so I can't say how that was done.

Hi David,

You should also check the trace of the import of filters, dashboards and Agile boards. At the results page, click on the button "Click here to see configuration import trace" That would show if any error occurred while importing Agile boards. In this sense, I would suggest you upgrade Project Configurator to its latest version. This includes an improvement that provides a clear warning in case of errors during import of filters, dashboards or Agile boards.

As I suppose you cannot recover that trace now, so it will not be possible to learn if an error occurred while importing Agile boards, you could check the configuration of those boards at the destination and compare it to their configuration at the source.

I have the latest version of project configuration and still run into the same issues.
