Project Automation Permission Denied for Global Admin?

I am a global admin for our our Atlassian Suite. However, when I try to "get started" with Automation Lite, I receive a error. Please advise in a timely manner. I have already ensured my permissions and logged out and back in.

You do not have the correct permissions to view the page: Project automation

Please request access from your Atlassian Cloud administrator.

Please include your instance URL as well in that support request so we can take a closer look at your instance.
