Problems with Gantt Chart Project Plugin 2.1.4

I just installed the new Gantt Chart Project Plugin 2.1.4 with JIRA 5.0 and unable to load the Chart when I go into Resource Planning. (I also cleared my cache and restarted my web browser). The errors I am getting in the error console is

k. I rolled back to 2.1.2 and getting a Warning window

Sorry, your license does not support this operation. Please extend your license to use it.

What does this mean. I am currently evaluating this plugin and since this plugin is free, I don't understand how I can extend it.
