Problem with excel add-on

We have problem with Excel plugin on MS Office 2007.

With older version (I am not sure which one) plugin was active but we had problem with connecting on jira (connect button was not on connection form).

I have tried with newer version of plugin (1.2.1) and now I cannot activate plugin.

Plugin is not enabled in Add-ins/COM Add-ins, and manual activation doesn't work.

Solution from documentation (http://www.plm.tt.com.pl/en/images/Jira/Plugins/Excel2Jira/ECfJ_v1.2.1-InstallationFunctionality.ppt) didn’t work. I have tried with:

Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for the Microsoft Office system (version 3.0 Runtime) (x86) (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=23656)

Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35594)

The same installation file works on Office 2010 and Office 2013 but we need it on Office 2007 J

1. install MS Office Service Pack 3 for your language (link: http://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=27838)

2. Visual studio tools http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=39290

3. At the end latest version of excel connector for Office 2007 http://www.plm.tt.com.pl/en/images/Jira/Plugins/Excel2Jira/130809/Excel%20Connector%20for%20JIRA%20Excel%202007.msi

After that procedure excel add-on is working.

This answer is good for me, but the At the end latest version of excel connector for Office 2007  is working propertly in operative systems with 32 bits. Do you know how to download the excel connector for 64 bits?

activate as admin - does not work

I have tried on several Office 2007 installations (Croatian), some ware Office 2007 SP1 and one was Office 2007 SP3.

After Your recommendation I have tried clean install (on Windows XP virtual machines) clean, default installation off Office 2007 SP1 (both Croatian and English), then I have installed SP3, and then Excel plugin but it didn’t help.

I still cannot activate Excel plugin.

Did you have installed any Service Pack for Office 2007?

Please try to install Service Pack 3. You can download it from here.

Do you have any idea how could I successfully install Excel plugin on Excel2007?

I have tried with older version - 1.0.3 (couldn't find download for versions 1.1.0 and 1.2.0) and plugin is working but when connecting I get this error in excel (masked user data):
