Problem with evaluation license

Hi,

We are trying to evaluate the plugin CCC Last Comment but have not been able to so so since we can't enable it.

After entering the evaluation license it looks ok but when trying to do something all components are disabled.

Do you have any idea what to do?

Regards

Hi Michael,

Have you check on the license type on users for CCC and JIRA? The license type of users must be match, for example you have 10 users license for JIRA, you must use the 10 users license for CCC.

If this is not the problem, I will recommand you to contact the third party plugin vendor/support via this following page:

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.capitalcityconsultants.jira.plugins.ccc-transitionreorderx/version/169/support

Cheers

We are using an evaluation license and it looks ok in the plugin manager:

License details: Evaluation, Unlimited-user commercial license, expires 21/May/13 4:00 PM
License status: Valid

From the license details, it says you are using an Unlimited-user commercial license which means your JIRA must have the same license type. Unlimieted users and must be commercial.

I will suggest you to contact the plugin vendor as they might have received any similar report before.

Michael,

We've never received any questions/issues with LCCF eval licenses not working (other than your LCCF-25 issue), so this is a new one on us. As we've commented on that issue, we need some more information from you to assist in delivering an acceptable resolution.

One question that's come up from this thread is what user tier JIRA license is installed on that server? I've never had an issue before with clicking on the 'gimme eval license' button giving me the incorrect user tier license, but you never know.

Oh - finally, you can try updating your Universal Plugin Manager plugin - currently it's version 2.1.5, where the latest is version 2.11 (compatible with your version of JIRA). That would be the first thing I'd do to seek a resolution.

Thanks, hope that helps.

-wc
