Problem with 'Project Metrics" plugin

Hi,

We are using JIRA v5.0.1. I found "Project Metrics" plugin useful for my requirement and so I installed it through Plugin Manager. However, after installing it, when I add the Aggregation Gadget using Add Gadget or see the same gadget using Chart on Filter results, it shows me blank, Nothing is visible.

Could you please help me?

Hi Chandrakant,

We've had some issues with the older versions of JIRA, before 5.2 there is a kickass-search navigation feature that is known to cause these kind of errors. You can find a thread over here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-32615 that discusses the possibility of disabling this feature.

Would it be possible for you to upgrade JIRA to a more recent and supported version? (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/Support/Atlassian+Support+End+of+Life+Policy)
