It is impossible to log any work when using the stop button of the Time Tracker in ictime. Logging work by adding the Log Work through "More -> Log Work (ictime)" works correctly. When using the Time Tracker, we do receive the Log Work Screen :
but upon completion and save we receive an abnormal screen and it blocks, ESC or reload page is the only way out :
We have upgraded to the latest version but still no luck.
you are trying to use the tracker for an Issue with a type, which seems to be specific for JIra Service Desk. This is currently not working as IcTime is not yet JIRA Service Desk enabled. Please create an Improvement Issue in the IcTIme issue tracker with this issue. Then you will be kept up to date. Support Service Desk within IcTime is on the road map.

1. Minimum time (minimum of 30 minutes, then rounding per 10 minutes above the first 30 minutes)
