Princing for Jira service desk Plugins

Hello,

I would like to know for buying new plugins if the pricing is based on number of available agents (Like Jira service desk license) or also number of customers ?

Kamelia, since JIRA Service desk is actually an add-on for JIRA, any additional add-ons that support it should be priced for the number of JIRA users not customers.
