Previously setup scheduled issues gone after upgrade to v3

I have just upgraded to version 3 of the plugin. It now seems that pretty much all of the scheduled issues I had set up with the previous version have vanished and also I cannot create a new scheduled issue.

Is there a way to resolve this?

We will provide you a support in order to resolve this issue. First of all could you please provide us JIRA log file.You can send it to email. Concerning jobs creation issue, are you using marketplace key license or out legacy one based on license files?
