I wonder is it possible to configire customer information for JIRA SD , so that when customer fills in the issue submit-form - some of the fields fills in automatically for him - like , organization name, telefone number, position, and so on.
Is there any way to create that in JIRA?
I mean , it's important because our competitors (that is https://intraservice.ru/ - not really impressive ) - but they have this kind of option.
So we need to prove our solution JIRA based better.
