This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Creating issues and comments from email
I am trying to configure JIRA with Exchange Servers since our servers are not published with POP/IMAP.
I want to enable communication between JIRA and exchange server so our customer can create ticket via emails.
But i am unable to find plugin for EWS under JIRA Plugins i did alot google search but i found nothing.
Could anyone advise how can i accomplish this.

You can secure POP and IMAP by using SSL if security is the concern.
