Plugin doesnt not show up in "manage plugin"

downloaded issue collector plug, but is not possible to see it in managa plugin, can use the plugin either in my project set up.

You did not say what version of JIRA you are using.

I've just looked at my test server running JIRA v5.2 and Issue Collector is listed as a System plugin. It was listed as a user-installed plugin before I upgraded from v4.4.4 last week.

The change is because Issue Collector now comes bundled with JIRA.

Once you find the plugin you might have to click enable in order to use it. I've just to do that myself... but I did disable the plugin before the upgrade and had not yet "revisited" it.

it is probably was i m seeing as well, but i dont not see the feature that I expect with th issue collector, i cant do anything more then before with the issu collector
