Hello I am trying your add-on and configured permissions visible for all users. But noone except project leads can see the chart.

how can I fix it?

Please send me a support request: open the  question menu on the top of any Gantt-Chart and click on menu item "support request" as I have documented on my wiki as well (https://polscheit.atlassian.net/wiki/display/GANTT/Gantt-Chart+for+JIRA).
