I have a doubt about the terms of Atlassian Marketplace add-ons. If I install an add-on in my account, the payment will made directly to Atlassian Account or for the add-on's vendor. Do I have to had also an account in vendor?

I'm going to assume you are on the Cloud version, simply because that is what I know. I expect the answer below to be the same for the server version, but since I have Cloud I only want to speak from experience.
In the Cloud version, the invoice you pay for Atlassian services includes all of the charges for Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, and all of the add-on licenses associated with that instance. This way you only have to pay one charge and Atlassian breaks it up for you and distributes the funds to the add-on vendor.
