PDF export function missing on Projects Timesheet in Tempo

Cheryl Childs [Dreamsmiths] January 21, 2015

Hi

There was an update done earlier this year, and since then we have not been able to export our timesheet reports for specific Projects to a PDF format - only to Excel.

Is this really gone, or has the process changed? Can anyone assist?

Thanks,

Cheryl

Hi Cheryl,

In Tempo Timesheets  it has only been possible to export the Tempo Accounts to PDF. The Project Timesheet could always only be exported to Excel. You can use the "Printable" view (in the Export dropdown) and "Print" the file using the "Save as PDF" feature (in Chrome: right click the printable view, choose "Print..", Change the "Destination" and choose "Save as PDF").

Regards,

Susanne

Hi Susanne You are so right - sorry for the silly question and thanks for the quick response! I did as you suggested, and am happy with the PDF reports which I am creating. Cheryl

JIRA PDF View Plugin can generate custom PDF documents from any issue data, also including the Tempo managed fields (like Account, Team, Iteration) and the enhanced worklogs.

If you have custom requirements with the exports (like generating ready-made invoices, for example), read more about Tempo to PDF exports!
